Handymen are another story, a lot of no shows and no follow ups as to what ever happened to them. One handyman was doing work in the bathroom and removed the toilet. He broke the toilet... Live and learn I should have called a plumber not a handyman. I didn't realize it at the time.

There are good handymen and lawn service companies here but takes awhile to find them. Ask your neighbors
