I’ve been here some time also and thought occasionally if/when the streets would be swept. Without sand being applied due to snow & ice as done up north, the streets stay very clean. While using my golf cart on Hillsboro for example, what builds up in the gutter is the fine particles of gravel from the road surface. If not cleaned up, eventually will wash into the drains to retention ponds. Then it has to be removed from the piping at a greater expense than street sweeping by the county. Just common sense perspective (retired facility engineer). Snarky self righteous answers later to everything on TOTV after 19,000+ reply’s, I’m just to busy enjoying retirement to remain glued to the computer.í ½í¸Ž
