The tires on that cart are off road tires, not turf tires at all. Even if you sneak that onto a course, I'm pretty sure you'll be reported very quickly. Those tires will tear up the course in nothing flat, ruining the course for everyone else. We have enough issues keeping the courses in good shape here without adding something like this in the mix.
If you get it you would need to simply swap out tires (around $400) and, as mentioned here, check the height of the cart. Pretty sure it's going to have issues in the shorter tunnels (Saddlebrook is the shortest). Also, I have no idea where you would get service from.
The Evolution D5 Ranger has the same range with the stock battery, comes with turf tires, 4 forward facing seats, a ton of other features and is $9,495. A considerably better cart. The stock cart will have issues with several of the shorter tunnels, but you can have the back part of the roof lowered by 2" and it should then clear all tunnels. Botero Carts of Ocala is fantastic!
