HUGE money involved. Industries that make trillions polluting, destroying habitats on land, sea and air, pumping fossil fuels, dumping waste into rivers, and so much more. They don’t want to have to clean up their act, so they spend tons of money to buy influence and spread anti-environmental propaganda. Your choice? Short term profits or long term sustainability and survival.
