I went to their website and sent a feedback message through their system and followed up on it. It has been 7 days, and I have received no reply or acknowledgement of any type. I have to conclude that the Mallory Hill restaurant is poorly managed.

Ok. This is your go to pizza place but you come here and give a lousy review and never spoke to the owner. Then you say you didn’t complain because it would have taken too long to make another pizza. Whats wrong with this picture.
