Simple question, but we're new at all this stuff - I think and am hoping this is a simple one to answer.

We're moving into TV next week (11/30) and my 25 year old son is coming over from St. Pete to help out - do we need to register him somewhere to get a guest ID or something? Reason I ask is that when we were down last month renting a private home as guests, we were stopped while walking around a recreation/pool area and our ID's were checked. Do we need to stay with him at all times during his overnight visit?
