It appears they are charging about $500 for the installation but the hot water tank they are offering is the very basic, 6-year warranty model. If I were going to install a new gas or electric hot water tank heater, I would pay a little extra and get the more premium A.O. Smith or Rheem tank with the built-in leak detection and water shutoff. These models usually have a 10–12-year warranty and have better insulation and are the most energy efficient. Since statistically very few people ever maintain their hot water heater, this option will at least let you know when there is a problem. And yes, I would get a couple of estimates. You need to do your homework because a lot of companies, although reputable, sometimes offer "deals" like this one which looks pretty good but for a little extra, you can get a much better tank with the "bells and whistles" that make it much easier to maintain and know automatically if a problem, like a leak ever occurs.
