Can’t comment on the other items, but the lack of “things” was very obvious. If you spent any time on this forum, we’ve been talking about it for a long time, yet people are buying in that area.

In 5 years, it’s going to be awesome, all the restaurants, stores, etc will be built out. 5 years is a guess on my part, but look at Brownwood in 2019 and look at it now. Yes COVID was in there, but still…..

What people don’t realize is their kids who are 9/10 now, will be 14/15/16 then, almost ready to leave for college, it’s too late.
