Perhaps a better plan is to wait until failure but plan ahead. Find out the best replacement alternative. Can you withstand the inconvenience of no hot water for several days? My hot water heater (Gas) has been operating for 18 years. It has failed three times. Two expansion tanks and one thermo couple harness. Minor repairs, minor inconvenience.
Make your own decision, but when you see an ad like the above that has no concern for you, but only a message, replace your water heater because we can sell you one. Beware!

Good morning. Our ad for our services is simply an ad to offer our service of water heater replacement. It is good to hear that you have had minor repairs necessary for the life of your gas heater over the span of 18 years. A tankless heater can operate up to 20 years with proper routine maintenance. Although your plan of action is to wait until a failure to make repairs or replacement, for a homeowner with a regular tank heater, they may experience efficiency issues with the tank itself that will encourage them to reach out to a company like us to help and offer our services.
We are happy to be a paying sponsor of TOTV that allows us to offer our plumbing services to those in need, and that is all we are here to do.
Thank you! - Loren
