Show me the guidelines/policy/rules used to “assess their capabilities firsthand.” Explain to me & my BIL the qualifications the DVM worker has achieved to “assess their capabilities firsthand.” Tell me which DVM worker is going to stick his or her neck out to deny him a renewal. On, and pleeaasse let me know when FL legislature passes these requirements & Gov. DeSantis signs it.
