The playing surface is different. You play on a solid surface (i.e. concrete) with a turf product on top. Fewer lower body injuries. It’s a little bit harder to learn than Pickle, but easier than tennis.
The entire court inside the glass is in play.
Courts aren’t that expensive.
Honestly, the biggest thing for central florida, is building to hurricane winds, since the back wall is solid glass.
