Remember, the sign may not say "stop", but it does say "Yield"! That means the vehicle wanting to enter the RB does not have the right to enter until it is safe. Those in the RB don't have to make room for you. Sorry to let you know, but sometimes "yielding" means "wait" or "stop" if you have to. Merging safety is the responsibility of the vehicle wanting to enter.
So many people do not understand the concept of merging. So sad.
