i have been using T-Mobile's version for several months now and I am completely happy with it. I live near Eisenhower rec center.
I have measured it at 300ish Mbps and at 50 Mbps though I can't say whether the difference was in the service or in my computer (I've seen it connect at lower rates). I have never had a problem streaming at 2160p.
I have not had any problems with loss of signal in the wind, rain, or lightning.
