So it’s summer, easy to find reasonable monthly rentals. Rent different areas while hunting. Our first home 2007 in Caroline, 2010, Pennacamp, 2012 Fernandina, 2014 preowned in Duval. Finally built a home in Richmond that fit our needs in 2022. Yep we are the keep moving south and Happy that we did.
