Hi Kathy. How exciting. You will love it here. We did over 2 years of research coming to the Villages to find our home. The new development is amazing and will be right by Eastport. Lot's of choices! Lot's, home series, homes within that series, etc... the process may be confusing at first, but finding your lot and then "winning" it are two different things. Anyway, we used Ben Bartlett of the Villages. Super human being! You will love him and his approach. Patients he listens and he educates you. He is one of the top sales agents for the Villages.
