I thanked the telephone representative, and asked what would happen at the end of the year, would I receive a further loyalty discount? I also asked if in the way she entered information into the system that she was changing the plan and that I would no longer be receiving the Price for Life program as originally defined. She could not answer either question. I asked if I would receive an email confirming this applied discount and she said I would. I have not received an email. We’ll see what shows up on the August invoice.

Note that this pricing program has drawn the ire of customers nationally and a class action suit (which as customers we will all be members of) has been filed against Quantum.
