If the Par car uses a typical 2 wire ignition switch, then you can go to any of the auto parts stores and buy a universal ignition switch, $15 to $20, usually comes with 4 keys, and splice it into the existing wiring. If the par car has more wires, I would need a wiring diagram to propose a suitable alternative.
As for the rear light, you could install a LED light strip (the is a guy in Market of Marion the sells these) and at least you would have stop and turn signals until you find a replacement.
