You need two buyers agents. a) A real licensed MLS realtor, b) A VLS village cartel agent.
The villages cartel agents WILL NOT show you homes listed by real real estate companies. (MLS)
The villages cartel agents with listings don't like to work with buyers represented by real agents. (VLS).
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Before you close on the house....contact community standards yourself. Make a complaint against any landscaping or outside improvement made after original construction. They will check and make sure that it is compliant before you close. If you don't do this you can be responsible for thousands or dollars to bring the property into compliance after purchase. It happened to me. You don't have anyone to support you - the CDD idiots like Jerry V will fine you until they are satisfied that you are in compliance. Welcome to the cult.
