Unless one stays in an area, if it fits Their needs, not everyone else’s.
An example our house 15 minute walk to LSL was in our opinion too close to lots of cart/car traffic, as was our LS at Creekside Landing, yet many rave about the location.
Next house was 15 minutes to LSL, less busy, house’s behind us backed to non TV homes. We liked the area, but it was a starter house.
Farther south bought a home as investment property and a preowned off Odell. Odell was Convenient to go to many places. But it was also a very older neighborhood, that was hard to fit in with the original owners that were older than parents. Not a disrespect, but I moved out at 18, and never wanted to return to live with my parents. Plus we found our need to travel to SS was once a year, LSL about every 3 months. South of 44 every week. We travel to Gainesville and Disney and all parts often, so less than 5 to turnpike/75 is bonus, main because we can still drive and want to go very outside TV.
So far this last move south of 44 has been what fits. Safe walking paths, prairie out our pool area, that growth now hides 90% of homes across the way. Very few traffic from lawn companies because people are younger and mow themselves using ego’s. (If your batteries run short next door neighbor will give you a loan).
South of 44 give a very different lifestyle, so far very little retail which we are grateful, but some thing our parents could not love. So south of 44 is a very different lifestyle.
If we would not have traveled to different areas to seek what Fits us best, then we may have been listening to what fits others better.

Good points above. Moving into the newest areas of TV gives you a fresh start with neighbors that too have recently moved in, so you'll have that in common right off the bat.
On the downside of the new area, is that it is quite remote. Your drive to shop, dine, bank, health care etc. will be a long jaunt. You probably will not see those services come in for a few years. Your golf cart ride will be much longer. I have some people in our golf group that use their car to golf as they don't like or want that long of a golf cart ride.
Living close to 466 or 466A you really have it all as far as the connivences and you'll become spoiled as a result.
