If you look at a graph of WORLD population, it will show a GREAT increase in the last 15 years. That is the KEY to understanding the problem. Obviously, more people need to burn more coal and gasoline - for cars and trucks and factories, and aircraft and etc. The EARTH had reached its capacity about 15 years ago to store the CO2 byproducts of BURNING coal and gasoline. The result was that the world environment has deteriorated in the form of excess HEAT.
