On the downside of the new area, is that it is quite remote. Your drive to shop, dine, bank, health care etc. will be a long jaunt. You probably will not see those services come in for a few years. Your golf cart ride will be much longer. I have some people in our golf group that use their car to golf as they don't like or want that long of a golf cart ride.
Living close to 466 or 466A you really have it all as far as the connivences and you'll become spoiled as a result.

We used to live 'between the sixes'. Now we live in the new area. We don't find it remote at all. Everything is still closer than things were in our previous city. We don't regret for a second moving south. Oh, I only use my golf cart for golf. Nothing wrong with traveling in a car, even in a 'golf cart community'.
