I’ll be moving to TV this winter with my 25-year-old special needs son. One option, to get just the right floor plan for our needs, would be to buy a home with room for an addition and add a large bedroom and full bath. I’m wanting to get an idea of how long it might take to build an addition (including the time for ARC approval) and how much it might cost, ballpark (roughly 300 sq feet plus full bath, medium finished, not using the lanai). Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
