There are a large variety of home styles, it may be possible to find something close to what you need and make internal modifications. This will probably be lower cost and shorter time frame. I was thinking a 3 bedroom 3 bath might be a suitable starting point.

Thanks - lots with room for an addition are definitely a tough find in TV!
