Just my opinion, based on experience.

I wouldn't use Best Buy for Apple service, if they were the last business on earth. I tried to get them to replace a Battery in my Apple Watch. They wanted $450. I complained to the manager, made another appointment ... same result. They apparently can't or won't replace an Apple watch battery and their prices are set by them, not by Apple.

Apple replaced my watch battery for $89, it was a 3 day turn-around.
