Electric carts don’t need a “tune up” because they don’t have points, spark plugs, distributor caps, etc.
Electric carts still have suspensions, wheels and tires so that mechanical stuff can use periodic inspections, lubrication and adjustments. The electronics in the electric carts and chargers have diagnostics that can be run too. I take mine in once a year for this service.
Both gas and electric carts can be “tuned” to run faster.
