They can hide the information, dump the entire 5% in the ocean, take out a public notice in the New York Times, rent a sky-writer to fly the information over Miami Beach if that's what floats their boat. Someone takes 5% off the top of whatever I get from the buyer when I sell my house, and I'm done with the deal.
