The 6 years is the transition to Qualified Elector (registered Florida votes), the elections for Supervisors still happens every 2 years (3/2 split) be it land owner or qualified elector. Yes, there will be a period of time when some will be elected by the land owners and some will be QE elected. That’s the way it was when I was the first QE supervisor on the CDD10 board.
Unless there are unsold properties in CDD14, the developer may have only a few votes for the LO election in November.
