There are no laws against walking your dog on a leash, but common sense says that you shouldn't let your dog poop in somebody's yard. But people do it and there is nobody to enforce anything. Yet some people think it's okay.
What is common or sensible to one is never exactly the same to the next person. So, who decides??????????

I think it is a case of common courtesy as well as common sense.
Common sense: trying not to do anything to create an unsafe condition.
Common courtesy: trying not to do anything to inconvenience neighbors.
BTW, some time ago I drove through our entire village to prove a point to a friend. I saw one car parked on the street and very few in driveways. That told me there is a lot of common sense and common courtesy practiced in The Villages.
