I had to switch from CenturyLink to quantum in April of this year and signed up for the $50 a month service. Last bill was for $70. Naturally I was ****ed and tried to call them. I was on hold with the stupid hold music for an hour, so I stayed on hold while trying the chat feature. I was number 100 in line on the chat. One hour later it was my turn, phone was still on the obnoxious hold music. The chat said that they raised it to help pay for their infrastructure but they would give me a 20 dollar discount monthly discount since I was a long time customer. After 2 hours of the obnoxious music I finally hung up.
