Noooooooooo. Riding the wrong way is even more dangerous than with traffic.
When people come to an intersection (whether they negligently plan to run the STOP sign or not),
they look left.
You would be on their right side. Boom.
"Oh, I didn't see that woman riding the wrong way."
Several other reasons already covered. Ride with traffic, and get some rear view mirrors on the bike and your helmet or attached to your glasses !
