When I signed on with Quantum, I was set up with 3 pods and within 24 hours had issues with low speeds and devices getting kicked off the network. One pod even dropped off completely. After several calls to tech, they sent a replacement pod but things got even worse. I pulled all 3 pods and used a router I moved here with - a Netgear Nighthawk AX12 - which connected with their modem immediately and has been flawless since, with superb connection and speed throughout my 2300 sq ft house, the lanai and birdcage outside. I returned all the pods. No effect on my 940 mb/s plan or price for life. Hope this helps!
