If this happened recently it's because Quantum is migrating to wifi7 pods and whatever they have done has messed things up. I have many friends who have the wifi6 pods and always get great speed and never a drop out of any devices. But the new wifi7 pods are buggy. I was able to install them in one of my friends home with one pod which pretty much covered the whole house but I understand they have wifi7 extender pods if you need more coverage. I think Quantum offering Wifi7 pods is a great thing once they get all the bugs out but of course if you want the best, get your own system like an Orbi or equivalent mesh wifi. I have an Orbi Wifi7 network with my Quantum 1GBS service and never had any issues, ever. Just plug it into the Quantum ONT and you are good to go. Now purests will say you are double NATing because the Quantum ONT has a built-in router but you can't notice any delays so not an issue.
