I have had the chair for two and one half weeks. I took pictures of the seat and contacted customer service. I have purchased sofas and recliners from them in the past with no complaints. Customer service said "they all get that way once you sit is them for a while". I explained that after two weeks I would expect my leather furniture would not look like it was buckling, or caving in. They said, "well you should come over to the store and I would see that all the chairs have that impression in the seat of them". That may be true, because hundreds of people sit on the display chairs in the showroom. I am one person and have had the chair for less than 3 weeks. They will not do anything to try and make this right, to reupholster at least the seat of the recliner, just simply state the all leather chairs will do that. I for one will never shop at Leather Factory again. They have lost my confidence and my business. I guess that is all we can expect for customer service these days. Just wanted to put the word out, so that others do not experience the same "poor quality and poor customer service, that I did.

Maybe a report to better business bureau would help them rethink their position.
