Remember, although not legally binding, Lazich conceded to Butterfield. Do you honestly think a former President of the Wisconsin State Senate....with her vast experience in elections.....would concede if she thought two hundred and something votes would shift her way at a later date?

That said, I am always mindful of a Joseph Stalin passage....’It’s not who votes that counts....it’s who counts the votes’!
