I see the opposite. People buy here in droves because of how this place is run, among many other things. Sometimes people call it a "Benign Dictatorship" but they do it understanding how a CDD works and why there are rules. If a person is unhappy here, please don't try to change the excellent framework. Just sell your home and make a huge profit and go somewhere where YOU can run things if that is what you want to do.
