It's really not funny. But it was his choice. He didn't HAVE to do it and HE didn't get leprosy or polio. He got laid.
It is definitely not funny to his wife and his sweet little kids are gonna read about it one of these days.
Back in my neighborhood when someone messed up the answer was, If you burn your butt you sit on the blister.
I gotta hand it to him. He owned it. Now what he does with the rest of his life is his to choose.
I would guess that particularly in this community of people who have lived several decades that most of us have made some big mistakes and lots of little ones. It's what we do after that that is the measure of a man....or a woman.
