This is a GUESS, as this looks like my lawn this spring, turns out I was overwatering (as evidenced by my next month CSU bill). Somehow the runtime settings on my Hunter Pro C controller had changed. Once I figured out what was going on and rest to correct runtimes, the lawn returned to normal. It took about 2 months or so to get back to normal looking.

I have used Deans for years with decent results for all their services, except lawn cutting which I had to go to another company. Deans should be able to accurately diagnose your problem.
