Second year of what were we thinking staying in TV in summer. We do travel north during for short vaca the last two years for some snow, color change and lake time. Otherwise here fulltime, since Labor Day 2021, but with options.

Our other homes in TV were originally for parental use, then long term rentals. All 3 of our kids have full apartments for us in NC barrier island, the hills in KY. We still maintain northern family home, and lake house original log cabin built by great grand, then expanded to accommodate growing family, for 150 years, it will be passed down to next gen.

Maybe newer appliances use less water, and we don’t wait for water to warm for showers, in TV. Are you combining irrigation and potable water in those gallons? Our 1300 is just inside use.
