Do all cars stop at stop signs? I recall you posting a funny video of cars going through stop signs with the road runner music playing. Do all golf carts observe stop signs? come visit my neighborhood and stand at the stop sign and count the ones that do not. Again, there are bikers that flaunt the rules of the road just like there are car driver and cart drivers that do. No excuse for any of them.
