This is incorrect by definition. Only lots are for sale today. A lot, by definition is not a "spec home".

On Friday August 30, 2024 at 8:00 AM Well Point went "live". The only thing available were around 80 lots (two were waterview). By mid afternoon August 31 about half of those lots were sold (waterview are gone). Drone footage shows many spec homes under construction. A new Street of Dreams is supposedly planned.
