I have a good snowbird friend that lives on the 2nd hole of Nancy Lopez’s Tori Pines, which was impacted by sink holes recently. His villa and others have been classified as having catastrophic damage, thus uninhabitable. He is not on TOTV so I told him I would post the following. He is coming back to The Villages September 11th and is looking for a rental from 9/11-10/30. He will then return to Wisconsin and will be looking for a rental from 1/1-4/31/25, preferably in the North Villages/Lopez area, which could be unfurnished since he will have the villa furniture.
