Just rode our bikes through the areas. The Patio Villas appear to be Lifestyle homes since are already furnished and ready to go.
Looks like there is another section of Patio Villas nearer Corbin Trail that are in construction. (?)
The Cottage Villas near Marsh Bend Trail are tagged and look ready for sale to us?
There's another set of homes in progress across Corbin Trail, some with pools and golf course views.
I hope GoldWingnut doesn't mind a couple of screen shots from near the 13:00 mark of Cottage Villas and then Patio Villas in his more recent video.
