No, that's not what I mean. No question that reduced competition leads to higher prices. It's hardly a monopoly, which by definition means only
one vendor. Walmart is the largest grocer in the US. You also have Publix, Aldi, Sprouts, Sam's BJ's, and soon Costco. Plus some small independent stores.
