Ordered our usual fried shrimp and it was memorable in a bad way. The shrimp were half the size and rubbery. Celery sticks served were brown. Brought the issue up and were told, I never eat it and it comes in a bag.
Not worth the effort to speak with management and will simply remove from our list.

Took me a long time to go to O" Shucks, but after some good notes from friends gave it a try and absolutely loved the fried shrimp. No complaints regarding that menu item until this time. The item was a large shrimp platter, well prepared. This time it was a crispy small shrimp on a platter that looked half empty. It was rubbery and tasteless for ~$17. The celery stalks were brown and soggy. The waitress comments were that she didn't eat celery and they use whatever came out of the bag. Regarding the shrimp she says that is the kitchen responsibility.
My observation is that no one cared and that any amount of complaining would not ensure that it was improved. If the kitchen downsized the shrimp and doesn't care, then I will care and make my decision that "one bad meal" wasn't a mistake but was acceptable to them.
