OK, I am going back to 39 again. And this time staying there. And if the small number of younger folks are the ones in the police blotter so be it. Seems it was that way growing up also. I remember when I first visited Florida and was looking for a retirement place. I first went to the Ft Myers area and remember thinking how old every one was. Driving around so slow, not reacting to traffic lights, acting like they had all the time in the world. I decided I didn't want to be there as everyone was old and acted old. Next I went to Naples. And there, I met the parents of the Ft Myers people.

At least here it truly is an ACTIVE adult community. People are out doing things, enjoying life, probably doing dumb stuff, but I will take that any day over the alternative. Where else will you find retirees who want the entertainment open until 1:00 AM? Three cheers for TV.
