Just because his name is Tyreek Hill, doesn't mean that he's famous. Until this incident became news, I had never heard of him.
His windows were tinted too dark to see the interior (not legal).
He didn't keep his window rolled down (he could have had a weapon inside .. no way for the cop to know).
No time for games.
Comply or get cuffed.
It's a no brainer ..... even for someone with half a brain.
