I believe if you look at the specifications of these batteries you will find significant differences. The Duracell batteries are probably for automotive duty, you start once, the charge for the trip. Golf cart batteries are constantly subjected to the start duty, especially if you golf. As I recall typical golf cart batteries are designed for deep discharge which automotive are not.
NOW if the Sam's Club batteries are rated for golf cart service, then IMHO go for it.
