You may be able to call 811 (call before you dig) to see if they can trace the drain lines. I have seen many times where the clean out is buried by landscaping. Once you find it, have your plumber raise it so it is easy to find. I know ours is about 2 feet away from the house on the garage side, as this drain line is shared with the neighbor on that side. Which reminds me look at your neighbors on each side and see if you can see their clean out, the one closest to your house should be the shared connection.
