After years of growing up with chicken coops on our tiny 10 acre neighborhood farm, there is definitely bone in those wings. Strong enough to cause damage to your face flapping their wings to get away.

How the definition boneless wing ever came about is right up there with chicken tenders. Not all are tender. Don’t forget the company that made boneless ribs, ya know the chopped up preformed meat shaped like a rib
