I don't know of any Irish Bars in the immediate TV area.
There are several large and active Irish clubs in TV, also a few Irish music clubs. Those folks could probably tell you where the Irish Pubs and entertainment are located. They can be located in the Recreation News section of the Thursday Daily Sun or in the various club listings.
